Shared Beginnings
Shared Beginnings is an intimate short film built from the fragments of childhood: home footage, sun-washed moments, and the voices of those who shaped us. Through a carefully woven montage of real archival video, paired with narration from my mother and Nonna, the film reflects on growing up alongside my twin brother and the quiet, profound impact of family.
Created as a personal gift and homage to those who raised us, the project is rooted in gratitude, memory, and emotional honesty. I wrote, directed, edited, sound-designed, and produced the film independently, crafting it with the same love and care that inspired it.
Shared Beginnings is a thank you, told through time, tone, and the warmth of old film.
